I really can't say enough about our Nautilus system. It has been almost a year, and we have never had even the slightest problem. The system was installed very professionally. The traiing was convenient and excellent. The system came ready to go. We were able to ring transactions only an hour after the tech arrived. They have been very good about making changes. When ever we had support calls, the responses were amazing. I mean like minutes, if they did not pick up the phone on the first ring.
We have been in the business for 30 years. I have bought Aloha, Micros, and PixelPoint before. Nautilus is easily the best of the 4, and was thousands of dollars less expensive. We have not had to use the warranty at all, yet. But we did get a 5 year, onsite warranty. No other vendor was willing to match that. And I trust HP to get the job done right.
