After reading the amount of positive reviews, I had high hopes for finally finding that ""special"" spa that would replace some of our local hot spots that have unfortunately closed their doors - Healing Wizdom is NOT that place.
Because it was my first visit, I was unaware that there were two locations within the complex. I sat there for 30 minutes before they realized the mistake due to the lack of professional greeting. No apology was given. I was sent on my way and that was that. The massage experience was comparable to their greeting - I have never been so tempted to call a massage to an early end but it was so much of a joke that it was almost laughable. The masseur could have been new, she definitely was not familiar with their computer setup. Hopefully, she will improve with experience. However, the front desk reception was inexcusable.
