I have used RotoRooter over the years for many problems. When you live in Kirkwood there are always basement water problems. I just got home from vacation to find standing water in my basement bathroom. To the rescue, Roto-Rooter was there the next day to identify and immediately fix the problem. The last time I needed them it was for a sewer backup which took 6 hours to clear-- my service provider stayed with it rather than abandoning me to a much more expensive solution. I will always go to Roto-Rooter with major plumbing problems.
