I had a heart attack a year ago and was still wrestling with the demons that contributed to that event. I have finally found the solution to both my weight problem and recurring anxiety issues. Bryan introduced me to a path into my mind and helped me understand the many ways it could improve my health. In the meantime, I feel great, no longer have anxiety headaches and have many inches off as well. Another bonus from the change in eating, increase in cardio activity and calming of the mind -- my most recent blood work profile at the cardiologist revealed that my cholesterol was low! All this and I am enjoying every time I take a walk, lift a free weight or swim a lap. It was all right there in my mind. The door just needed to be opened.
