6/11/11 - The responce time was less than 1 hour. The main was plugged. They could have gone thru the small trap, but they saw that the main caps (4.5 inch caps) were not exposed in the house trap. The builder had left these covered. I said they did not need to uncover it as long as the line was opened. They told me it is the right thing to do. and was no additional charge. 1.5 hrs later, they cleared the trap, opened the main and things were working again. These guys ware good, professional and honest. Thank you Roto Rooter!!!
