I went to this shop because they came highly recommended by family members who had used them in the past. That said, I could only give 1 star based on my personal experience. I had a radio installed and tint repair on my car. Tech calls me today to inform me that are problems with the steering wheel wiring and to correct these problems, I'm looking at another $150 ***sigh*** and he'd have to order the parts from Ford...this adds another day. I'll spare the rest of the details only to say, I received no call to inform me that my car was ready, no owners manual for the radio, missing remote, no warranty info on tint. Yes, I am a bit annoyed...
