I had my appointmet rescheduled three times in one month because the dentist went home early because the dentist didn't feel well. Three times in one month is pretty obsurd. I decided to schedule an appointment with another dentist outside of their practice and the dentist had informed me that the two fillings I had done were defective which I had a feeling because I felt it when anything cold would hit the tooth.
