Well when I came to Dr. Zak's it was because I had a broken tooth I wanted fixed. I never expected such a long list of work to do but everyone has been terrific in working out plans with me so that I can get the dental work needed. I will say that I didn't expect a tooth cleaning to hurt quite so much as it did. Dr. Dee called it a tooth irrigation. They should warn people ahead of time! My teeth ached for three days afterward. I do want to apologize to Dr. Dee as I made too much noise during the treatment.I was a real baby but the gum surrounding the tooth she was fitting for a temporary crown was very painful and I kept flinching when it was touched. It is odd how that works. I didn't feel pain when she was working on the tooth itself but the gum really hurt! You would think the gum would be numb also. I will say though, that now that the tooth irrigation is over and done with my teeth feel better than they have in a while and I didn't even realize I had a problem! So thank you all very much.
