Dear Smiles, I have been a patient of dr kennedy for years, and have had no problem. I like the cerec machine due to its quick work and dr kennedy spent much time helping me with a bite and neck problem which turned out to be not dental but due to talking on the cell phone. However I got married a few years ago to an Englishman who had not had much dental care and brought him in to have his mouth overhauled which dr gray did. unfortunately, dr gray did so many fillings in one day (8) that my husband felt traumatized and did not want to get anything done for a while. He was referred to dr gardner who will be helping him in the future. The problem is not so much the traumatizing, but a letter was sent to our house that said you would be dropping him from your practice because you only care for patients who have good dental health. I found this to be insulting and judgmental and not a great psychology for keeping a patient. My husband has 5 children and I have one with a disability and we have a lot going on That has kept us from making dental appts a priority. I advise you to not send out insulting letters to get patients to come back. My husband has moved to another dentist and I am not sure what I will do. Thanks for your help.
