I booked an appointment for the Memorial location and showed up 15 minutes early, only to find out that the call center had booked me at Utica. I drove as fast as I could to Utica, and was consequently 15 minutes late for my appointment, which caused the 80 minute massage that I booked to only be 50 minutes. Then, it turns out they booked me with the wrong therapist (which is why they didn't have me on the books at Memorial). Your staff at Utica handled the situation BEAUTIFULLY and I will be back, but your call center should confirm the time, location, and therapist with your clients!! This whole situation could have been avoided if they had done that.
