Overall, the experience was good and I plan to be back. That said, this was the first time I had ever experienced back hair removal (that just sounds weird!). The lady did a good job, but some brief explanation of what I needed to expect would have been helpful. Also, it would have been good if some explanation was provided of how best treat the hair removal area after the treatment to avoid further irritation and discomfort, i.e., shower in cooler water and apply aloe. Last, my appointments finished up about 9 pm and since this was my first time there, I didn't know exactly where to go to check out and there was no one available to show me out of the spa area. As mentioned, overall the experience was good, but there were acouple of things that could have made better. Thanks.
