Due to a cancellation several months ago by my usual stylist, I decided to try a new salon. Have I gone back to the old place? Heck no! I am so pleased with everything about The Conservatory, most of all Janelle! She does a great job, really listens to what you like and don't like, comes up with solutions to work around your particular hair problems, and remembers what you have said, even months later. I would wholeheartedly recommend the salon in general and Janelle in particular to anyone who asked.
