I requested an appointment online the day before I wanted to have my appointment and received a confirmation via email a few hours later. After driving the 45 minutes to their office and waiting half an hour outside because no one was there, we were finally let into the office. After another twenty minutes, the receptionist finally left the office to call the massage therapist, who didn't know she had even had an appointment! She said she could be there in twenty minutes but after waiting for so long with no apology, alternative or even discount we left and will never go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and do not care about customer service.
