I came in "just browsing" for a new car for my wife. Eddie Sandoval introduced himself, asked me a few questions, & then politely suggested I look around for a bit on my own & that he would check back with me. The offer for help combined with his ease of letting me look on my own really eliminated me feeling pressured. I was given the time I needed to survey the cars & when Eddie came back, he answered all of my questions for me. I was "just browsing" but ended up with what we think is the right car. Eddie helped us a lot, easily making it a pleasant experience. Thanks! --James more
