I came in to Aveda to get a feather extension with a friend. We were not sure about what colors to get, so we asked our stylist Johanna what colors would look best with our hair. She obviously did not want to help us decide because when we asked she partially answered our questions in a rude tone. While I was getting mine, she did not talk to me at all during the entire process. I do not like going to salons where girls are stuck up and rude about their job. I want a friendly atmosphere with helpful employees. On the bright side, my feather extension looks nice but if I would have had more input I might have gotten one that looked better with my hair color.
