I took my van to get an oil change and picked it up the next day. 25 miles away from the store my rear main seal blew out. Firestone sent an adjuster out to investigate and found that the seal blew out due to normal wear. Not due to the technician overfilling the oil. Also the same technician forgot to change the air filter that Firestone charged me for. Now I am stuck with a broken van and all the repair bills. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FIRESTONE!!!!!! The only reason they got one star is one star is as low as you can give.
