Called Champion after reading positive reviews and high BBB rating. Our a/c wasn't cooling. The technician found a leak and fixed it. What we didn't realize was that he must've accidentally disconnected the drain pipe. The attic flooded collapsing the ceiling and soaking the carpet in our guest room. We didn't find the damage until a few days later. So why the high rating? Because they stepped up to the plate. They sent their contractor to fix all the damage. Everything was done in 2 days. I was amazed with their customer service. Not once did they give me the run around. We have called them again since and we are very pleased.
