We did our homework and wanted an independent home inspector to do our home inspection. We felt it didn't make sense to hire an inspector recommended by the agent because the agent wants us to buy the house .... dah. We looked through various search engines and came across as it turns out a one of a kind company. This is the third time we have used a home inspector and this company was so much better than the other two it was amazing. We read the one poor evaluation in this post and our experience was totally opposite.
