Our site require a little bit more than normal support. We have had some bad host before and was scared to try it all over again. Than nexcess was tossed around at our office and we took the jump and I can't tell you how happy I am. Our site has sped up in download time. Their tech support answers my questions all hours of my sleepless days lol. Thanks guys! Omg they also moved all our sites for free and I had no problems at all. We experienced no down time. Switching to Nexcess was the best move I have ever done for our Radio Show.
