I can not tell you how happy I am with Nexcess. I have been with Crucial, then Elief and now Nexcess and I WILL NOT LEAVE! I have a shared server with 2 websites on Magento, and I can not tell you how happy I am with their response and help with everything I have questions on. They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and they go out of their way to help me. They have my business for as long as I'm in business :) and I will continue to recommend them.
