I came in after work just to look at what they had in the store right there on Central, and I was helped immediately!!!! I really thought I was going to browse and come back later to get something installed. But Harry was available and showed me some of his favorite systems. I bought a digital tuner/player and he installed it that same day!! Totally different experience than I had imagined.
