The staff we encountered were very courteous and quick with our purchase. We didn't buy from a different Saab dealership because of the bad sales experience we had. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with everyone we dealt with at Falcone. We have told others about the dealership and we will be repeat customers as we are Volkswagen and Saab buyers.
