Friday, May 20, 2011 was my dog's 3rd visit to the Dog Spaw. His usual groomer, Quincy was not in. He was groomed by Oksana instead. When she called to tell me he was ready to be picked up, she informed me that she'd made a mistake on the clipper/guard number and that he was really short. She was not kidding, he was bald!! That wasn't a huge issue because, you can't put the hair back on, I just had no intentions of ever using her again. However, later that night and the next morning, we couldn't pet the dog by his ears, he would yelp when we touched him. I tried to call the Dog Spaw only to have the phone answered by someone (who used to work there) but answers the phones for them sometimes on Saturdays when they are really busy. I asked to be called back by the owner because we needed to know what to do about this. The person answering their phones called and left me a message that the owner told her to call me back and get "more information" about me about being dissatisfied
