Had an emergency on a Sunday with playdates galore all over our house. Ed was fabulous and so spot on with the issues at hand. Arrived ASAP and fixed the situation right away. Then when my husband noticed another issue, Ed was right on it. So nice and polite. He was very, very clean when working, and he was also very clean and well spoken as a professional, which I love.
