I am pleased to report another successful septic field remediation. I ordered last May, somewhat skeptical, but confidant that you would stand behind your money-back guarantee. We had struggled with a soggy septic field and puddling for 10 years. I had tried chemicals which helped minimally. We had the lines water-jetted once which helped for a few years, but our septic guy wouldn't do it anymore since he felt it wouldn't help us. Our tank would fill and our lines wouldn't drain. 2 of our 4 lines had significant puddling and the odors were strong. I installed your system in June of last year.
We have had a very wet spring this year. Despite that, our septic field is almost back to normal. One of the previous problem lines is dry. The other previous problem line is just slightly soggy, but no puddling at all. And the odors are 100% gone. We were even able to have an Easter Egg hunt in the yard this spring.
