The pros - they got the job done perfectly so my Volvo runs like a champ again. The techs are professional and well-trained. The place is clean and nice, and the staff was very honest.
the cons - they didn't finish on time due to a part being hard to find, but they did pay for my rental for the extra few days that they had my car, though, so really this should be listed under the pros.
