The ""J"" rocks because there are so many class offerings that I stay motivated to get my workouts in. Three days a week, I get great, yet different cardio workouts in so I don't get bored and then 3 days a week, I can do muscle/free weights with a Body Pump class or on my own. The ""J"" keeps me coming and they offer so many different times and different classes to make my workouts fun and enjoyable. I also enjoy the other members with its family inviting atmosphere! I really love going to my health club and leave feeling I've done the right thing for ME.
