I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE PEOPLE WERE HIRED TO BEGIN WITH 75% OF THEM HAVE ARROGANT ATTITUDES, AS IF YOU'RE BEGGING THEM FOR SOMETHING. THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE BENEATH THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS S IMPORTANT. EVEN IF YOU RUN A SMALL COMPANY ITS SO IMPORTANT TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL SPECIAL AND RESPECTED. THIS GYM ISN'T TOTALLY BAD. I CAN OVERLOOK A LOT OF FLAWS, BUT I'LL BE DAMMED IF IM GOING TO PAY MONEY TO HAVE A 19 YEAR OLD WITH A BAD ATTUTUDE IGNORE MY QUESTIONS. THERE ARE SOME REALLY NICE FRIENDLY HELPFULL PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR WORK SO I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH UNQUALIFIED, RUDE,UNHELPFUL PEOPLE AT THIS GYM. more
