One to One Health Center is a hidden gem! It's a great gym that's not crowded and they have friendly, knowledgeable trainers. My favorite part, however, is their boot camp, which is a refreshing change from the down and dirty in the grass - get in your face boot camps run by other organizations. I like the fact that this boot camp is in the evenings (although they have also been offering morning boot camps as of late) and combines cardio with weight/strength training for the ultimate hour-long work out. I have been doing boot camp here for over 2 years and have no plans to stop anytime soon! Keeps you motivated and inspired! Highly recommend!!
