I LOVE Mt. Fuji Sushi Bar and Restaurant. I dine at Mt. Fuji's 1-2 times a week, and I think this place is GREAT! Every time I dine there I am treated like family; I am always greeted with a smile and a hello. The food is excellent, the service attentive and timely, and the ambience warm and friendly. Mt. Fuji is a restaurant where you can dine and never feel like you are being rushed to vacate your table for the next diner. So next time you are hungry, make a beeline to Mt.
