I'm not impressed at all with Talis. For what I see, they are a nuisance and we'd be better off as a community without them. I don't see any of the friendliness described elsewhere. I see that are more interested in being bill collectors. They don't respond to emails. They aren't here to help you work through something like the need for a storage building. I'm sure they follow the covenants to the letter and do only what they have to do, but they don't offer solutions. I don't see that they worked with the city over the parking issue, but they did come through blasting folks (at one point) with Talis Parking Notices. I've been here 15 years. How is it all of a sudden such an issue?
