I purchased glasses from Executive Eyewear on the recommendation of my Optometrist (who was leasing space in his store at the time). By the date they were ready (9 weeks later), everything went wrong. Of course, he blamed my problems exclusively on the Optometrist who prescribed the glasses, and took no responsibility (the Doctor booked it weeks before). He went into a rant and I knew immediately that this was not going to ever get resolved. And it didn't. And it won't.
I think he likely wrote the 5-star review himself. If I could award no stars, that would have been my choice.
