Carol did a minor yard improvement for us in PTC in the spring of 2010. At the time she said she would replace perennial plants that died in the first 6 months or so. Six of the approximately 30 perennials she planted died in the first 2 months. I called within that time frame and she said she would replace them. It is nearly a year later. I have called and spoke to her numerous times. She has said every time she will replace them but she doesn’t Her story always changes. She is dishonest and undependable.
