This company is the most incompetent & unprofessional answering service I have ever used. They tried to stay on the phone with my clients for as long as possible so they can bill me for extra minutes. By staying on the phone for longer than necessary, the operators started saying things that were completely unprofessional, and embarrassing. The operators weren't able to pronounce my company name and so they would literally pick up the phone and stutter my company name, only to spew a name that was completely not mine. I've emailed and spoken to the people ""in charge"" and they clearly were not able to manage their operators. The last straw was when an operator kept a potential client on the phone while she insisted on finding our company address - she fumbled for 3 minutes until she yelled ""I found our address!"" and gave it to the ""NO LONGER POTENTIAL CLIENT"". I lost many clients and therefore thousands of dollars from this company, and I kept the phone recordings for future reference. I hope this company goes out of business quickly. Oh, might I add, they sent me a final bill of $243.00 after they admitted how poorly their operators have handled my account. I will pay it because it's not worth my energy, but if they were located in my city, I'd have sued them for all the clients I lost.
