Now I know that PCI is a business and a school but you kind of forget that because it is actually fun! The teachers are great and very patient. I don't know how they do it. The other students are typically really nice.. only had one annoying lady and the rest have all been awesome.
The class sizes are small so you get a lot of personal attention. I only wish I had learned my other games there instead of the school on Karen. ugh. This school is in a very safe part of town but I hear is moving soon to Eastern and St Rose which is even better.
I recommend PCI to anyone who is looking for a career change. Also, recruiters from some of the smaller casinos come in looking for dice dealers occasionally and they do hire the students!
Also, that first review with the 1 star was obviously written by the competition. No one there has ever treated me any different than the guys in the room. I assume the person meant Joel not ""Josh"" and he is completely nice! He is a little blunt but he is definitely not mean! If you can't handle these nice teachers you definitely couldn't handle working in a casino!!
