It was a pleasure working with Alex Caballero. I currently live in downtown Manhattan and I was interested in exploring various apartments in the area. Based on my criteria, Alex was able to show me numerous options in a timely fashion. Even more remarkable, he was able to show me not just what was available, but what I was interested in and what would work for me. He also made appropriate recommendations for me to consider. He seemed very passionate and well-informed in his field of real estate. It was impressive that he knew a great deal about each building/area. He was always ready and able to answer all of my questions and he was very prompt in response to calls/emails/texts. I would definitely recommend Alex as a real estate agent; he was quite knowledgeable, easy going and a delight to work with.
