I have been searching hi and low for months now for the perfect apartment. I emailed Tony to get a very quick response which was typical of a NYC broker.
I told him my price range, and decided to make an appointment to see some places.
After weeks of going up and down 4th floor walk ups to be disapointed, I was so relieved when I found Tony. He was more then helpful, showed me amazing apartments in the financial district with great views, roof deck, and elevator!
He made it so easy for me to get in the apartment for June 1, and went above and beyond to help me get the best apartment in the building, and the best rate.
I wish I would have found him first! It would have saved me a lot of time, and energy!!!
I highly recommend Tony if your looking for a place, and don't want to get wheeled and dealed by other brokers!! He is the best best best best !!!
