We have bought three cars from Dick Hannah since 2004 because we love the way they take care of us in the service department. Buying a car is just the first of many visits and so we believe the service department matters most when buying a car. They are great about answering my questions and never give me a hard time when I have to reschedule my maintenance--which is about half the time. They work around my schedule and are great about offering a pickup, a dropoff, or a rental if necessary. I always have lots of questions and they always have lots of patience. I am sure we will have a long term relationship!
