Twice, I have tried to sell them back the audiobooks I purchased from them. I even left their price stickers on.\r

BOTH times, the clerk said there were scratches. Nonsense. I listened to each book only ONCE in my high-end car. I'm an adult and the audiobooks were not mistreated.\r
