Just a word to those doing research on LB Property Management. Do not rely on the positive responses at this site, the majority are fake. Please contact some tenants/owners at LB Property Managed HOAs and or buildings and get first-hand reviews.
My experiences with LB Property Management have been disappointing, borderline horrendous.
Your mileage may vary, just don't rely on web-based reviews, even mine, I could be a plant from another property management company ;-)
