The thin uncomfortable mattresses in a ""true Victorian fashion"" made annoying squeaky noises with every move. A loud pump next door made the room vibrate. The bedroom barely fits the mattress, and has tiny toilet-style semitransparent windows near the ceiling. The best part - they refused to let us move to another room or a different hotel after we raised our concerns, and did not give us even a partial refund. I won't even go into the smell and the horrible hotel staff.
