After hearing the pitter patter of little feet -- inside the walls! -- my wife called Bon Pest Control. The next day, a very nice exterminator/pest control engineer named Chavez arrived at our house and started to investigate. After a while, a dead rat was discovered and a plan for action was made. Chavez returned three times and each time was prompt, efficient and very nice about explaining the progress of the plan. One month later, it seems our pests are gone.
