All I can say is shady. One of those, its this-then-that shops. If you like that I just got burned and can't really do anything about it feeling, go ahead and go. You go to these shops for assurance and they make you kick yourself for not hiring Pancho from down the street. If your going to spend money on work from a shop and this one in particular, be very cautious,ask questions, and research. Those that don't learn from others mistakes are...well...stupid.
