Well... judging by the other reviews on this place... my husband and I are the exception... We've bought 2 cars with Austins so far, and both have been good, reliable vehiles. The only problems we've had are completely expected for the age and milage of the cars. Both have been financed through Austins (we paid 1/2 down) and although the late fees are really high and a little outrageous, we haven't had any issues. If we had to buy another car, we would definitly go back to Austins. They haven't screwed us yet!
