Austins autos did me right, the gave me credit for my previous down payment and told me it would apply to any vehicle on the lot. Robert gave great customer service. We had some problems with our car, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. I am no longer an unhappy customer, and have since become impressed with their effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to make me a happy customer . Give these guys a chance .
