We used a non climate controlled 8X12 unit. We found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgable. We had an odd situation of being uncertain of dates and such. The staff was understandable and accommidating. We left mid- month and were entitled to a partial refund which was processed and returned to us in less than 48 hours. The dollies we also very helpful. Thank you.
