Took my Focus in to have some minor body damage done and have to say I was really impressed. Only area I could have complained is the estimate seemed kind of high for the amount of damage, but I wasn't paying for it so didn't matter to me.
Very surprised about all the negative reviews... everything turned out great for me. Got me into a nice rental car quickly and even gave me a little bottle of touch up paint when I picked my car up.
