I was looking for a connection cable for my DVD player to TV. I went to Best Buy, Radio Shack, HH Gregg, and some other computer super store...don't remember the name. Finding someone that knew what I was looking for at Best Buy was tough. HH Gregg did a nice job with customer service..but didn't have part. They are the folks that told me to visit your store.
Stopped into Sound of Tri-State down in Dover...the guy told me he had the cable as soon as I described what I needed. He went into a back room...and 45 seconds later handed me what I needed. Top notch.
