Be careful when you sign your lease.....they will round your lease to the end of the month without pointing it out to you...adding up to an extra two weeks which is a nice surprise when you are ready to move out. Especially when the verbal agreement is 12 months....not 12 and a half months.
Helen is always standing by the front door smoking. Smells gross, looks bad and my kids have to walk through it.
While reading reviews please keep in mind that ""special incentives"" are given to tenants that write them. Helen gave me a gym key for writing one.....now my opinion is changing.
Do you like stairs that crumble below you and your family as you are walking on them' They replaced only a few a while back and left tons that are literally disintegrating.
Rent prices went down and so did the the quality of tenants & general upkeep.
My family and I have been here for 3 years now and can't leave soon enough.
Update: Helen will charge you for everything she can when you move out & not provide proof as to why.
