I was recommended to this shop by my friends. And having been tatted before (mostly custom) I know shops are busy and artists have other very extensive custom work that takes alot of time and effort (my custom work took ~3-4 wks to even finish drawing) so I gave them a call prior to showing up to be sure someone would be available for a tat i had in mind. Lucky for me the receptionist was very friendly and indicated an artist was available and I was able to come in the same day to get tatted. My artist was attentive to my design and made me feel very comfortable.
